(still good after 3 days, good up to 8 days).

• Drink as many as you’d like, note:

Over 8 oz/serving can give you a

stomach ache or diarrhea if your body is

not used to consuming vitamins and minerals.

• You can work your way up to drinking 8 oz/day.
• Can last up to 3 months in freezer.
• Note: beets can turn pee & stool red, this is normal!
